This 3 hour program is loosely structured, and fits the developmental needs of this age group, with minimal transitions, a child-paced flow, and lots of time to wonder, imagine, build, and create. Kids will have the opportunity to build confidence, resilience, self-advocacy skills, problem-solving, risk-assessment, and peer play skills with loving support from highly trained staff (6:1 ratio). 

You can expect plenty of stories and imaginative and sensory-rich play, and opportunities to develop authentic friendships. Nature Explorers is a great compliment or alternative to traditional preschool or kindergarten, and is especially well-suited to those little ones who need tons of movement!  

*seasonal registration is available- although we do love to have kids with us for the whole year (Sept-June!). If you would like this year-round option, please sign up for early fall and then register for each additional session- late fall, winter, early spring, and late spring (you will be offered these options during the registration process)- payment installments are available to spread out the fees through the year!
